What is your standard production time?
We try to ship orders out within 5-7 business days. It some cases, orders may take longer due to the large amount of orders in production. Based on that, we ask for customers to plan on production taking approximately 7-10 business days to be shipped. It is important to remember that each order is 100% unique and takes longer than your generic dog t-shirts company. Each order is printed 1 at a time to make your little one completely unique at the park or on the road. Because of this, our process takes longer. If there is a due date for your order, please upgrade to an in hand guarantee option( 3-day or 7 day in hand guarantee)
Size Chart:
All items we carry will have a different size due to the different manufacturers. If your pet is usually a small in one item does not mean they are a small in another. Measure the chest, neck, and length and select the closest fit. If your pet is in between sizes and when in doubt, choose the larger of the two sizes.
CHEST: measure the girth around the widest part of their chest, typically behind the front legs and leave room for comfort
Neck: measure the girth around the widest part of their neck and leave room for comfort
Length: measure from the base of the neck to the baser of the tail
If you need assistance in selecting a size, Contact Us with your pet's measurements, the items you are interested in and we will assist you at selecting a size. Our sizes are much smaller compared to other retailers so please read our Return Policy before you make a purchase and measure your pet.
What are the shipping transit times?
Standard 7 Day Production Plus Transit Time: Orders received before 5:00 EST are typically printed and shipped within 5-7 business days. It some cases, orders may take longer due to the large amount of orders in production. Based on that, we ask for customers to plan on production taking approximately 7-10 business days to be shipped. Orders are shipped using USPS ground and may take up to 7 days to arrive.
7 Day IN HAND Guarantee: Orders received before 5:00 EST are printed and shipped to arrive at the destination within 7 business days. Orders typically go out USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days).
3 Day IN HAND Guarantee: Orders received before 5:00 EST are printed and shipped to arrive at the destination within 3 business days. Orders typically go out USPS Priority (2 Day delivery).
NOTE: Production days begin the day after an order is placed.
All production and delivery time frames are in business days. We do not consider Saturday and Sunday as a production or transit day. When determining your need for a delivery due date, do not count Saturday and Sunday as one of the production or transit days.
Can we create Custom Artwork for you?
Yes, our graphic design team can create original artwork or recreate existing designs to suit your needs for a $25.00 artwork fee.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through PayPal.com.
How is price determined?
Digital Printing: Pricing for embroidered apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the color of the garment, and the size of the embroidery.
Screen Printing: Pricing for screen printed apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the color of the garment, the number of locations on the garment being printed, and the number of colors in your artwork.
Return Policy?
Our Company goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Each order we sell is 100% unique and because of that, we are not able to resale any items we produce. Because of the unique matter of each order, we do not offer refunds unless there was an issue on our behalf. It is solely up to DesignADoggieTee.com to decide if a return or exchange is warranted. If a refund and exchange are approved, that determination is solely made by DesignADoggieTee.com. Refunds are offered as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase.
There are no standard sizes for dog clothing. We highly recommend you measure your pet precisely to ensure an accurate fit. It is not reliable to purchase items based on your pet's breed or weight. Please purchase our products according to your dog's measurements, not the clothing size. Remember, if the dog is in between sizes, it is often better to choose the larger size (one step up). The most important measurement is the chest size. If the chest size is ok, the rest of the measurements will not make a huge difference. Our sizes are much smaller compared to other retailers.))
